Frames & Lenses

The manufacturers of your frame and lenses offer a 2-year conditional warranty from the date of purchase. An in-clinic inspection is required for all requests. Note that scratches are not considered a manufacturer’s defect.

All purchases are non-refundable after 30 days (see return policy below).

Optical Lenses for Kids (12-)

Introducing our See Better Warranty for kids 12 years and under! This is a 12-month lens warranty with 1st time FREE replacement, NO QUESTIONS ASKED (applicable to lenses for glasses, not contact lenses). Subsequent replacements are available at reduced price. 

*Excludes lenses bought through the Eye See… Eye Learn program and MiyoSmart lenses.

Adjustments & Cleaning

Nuvo provides complimentary cleaning and adjustments of your Nuvo eyewear, as often as needed for as long as you own them.

Contact Lenses

If you’ve ordered your contact lenses from Nuvo, remember that we have an anytime replacement policy for lost or damaged lenses (excludes custom soft lenses, Ortho-k custom lenses and RGPs). Give us a call and we’ll replace the affected lens at no cost! 

We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone suspected of abusing this policy.



We work hard at providing the best optical care and we are confident that you will walk away happy with your new eyewear. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your new glasses, we will issue a full refund for your frame and half the amount paid on your lenses (a custom product), if returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Non-Prescription Sunglasses

We offer a 14-day return policy for all non-prescription sunglasses. We will issue a full refund for non-prescription sunglasses that are in their original condition and case. All refund requests require an in-person consultation.


Contact lenses can only be returned for a full refund or straight exchange if the box is unopened, undamaged and has not expired. Boxes that are opened or that have missing lenses will not be accepted for return or exchange.
